Carlos Pena, jr. made the move from the South Florida town of Weston to the bright lights of Hollywood in 2009 to partake in the pop boy band ensemble known as Big Time Rush. The musical endeavor soon inspired a hit show on Nickelodeon by the same name and by early 2011 Carlos Pena was living in a big time house in Encino, California.
Carlos Pena's father, who spearheaded the Encino purchase, let go of $1.4 million for the five-bed, five-bath Italian Villa located in the Amestoy Estates community. The home was placed on the market in November 2014, and sold in April 2015 for $2,425,000.
