It turns out Sabrina's parents had placed the home for sale in October 2013 with an asking price $565,000. By October 2014, the home still had not sold so they decided to take it off of the market.

Sabrina Carpenter's parents are David and Elizabeth and she has two older sisters, Sarah, also and actress, and Shannon. Because of acting commitments, the family now spends a great amount of time in the Los Angeles area and reside in Granada Hills.
