Viola Davis and her actor husband Julius Tennon purchased this Granada Hills, CA home in August 2005 from stunt actor and stunt coordinator Jeff Cadiente. Originally listed for $1,260,000, the star couple paid $1,170,000 for the 3,917 square foot traditional style home which was built in 1991 and has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a swimming pool with a spa and waterfall.

Viola Davis won the Tony Award in 2001 for the role as Tonya in King Hedley II. In 2010, Viola Davis won her second Tony Award for her role as Rose Maxson in a revival of August Wilson's Fences. Viola Davis married Julius Tennon on June 23, 2003.
