In early 2010 county music chart-topper Luke Bryan and his wife Caroline settled into a home in Brentwood, Tennessee's Fountainbrooke subdivision. Bryan paid $620,000 for a newly-constructed 6,620 square-foot brick home which offers six bedrooms, five bathrooms, three-car garage, media room, exercise room.

Luke Bryan first landed on the charts in 2007 with the hit singles: "All My Friends Say", "We Rode in Trucks" and "Country Man." All three songs hail from his debut album I'll Stay Me . Luke Bryan returned in 2009 with the album Doin' My Thing which included two hit singles. The first single "Do I" reached #2 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. The second single from the album "Rain Is a Good Thing" was Luke Bryan's first #1 hit.
