In September of 2017, southern rapper/producer Juicy J, who topped the charts with the single "Dark Horse" - a collaboration with Katy Perry, paid $2,875,000 for this 6,549-square-foot mansion in Tarzana, California.

This stunning home boasts a 2-story step-down living room that is filled with natural light from large windows that seamlessly connecting to the formal dining area. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a granite center island, two dishwashers, three ovens, and two Sub Zero refrigerators. A convenient walk-in pantry and a breakfast bar add to the kitchen's functionality. The kitchen flows into the cozy family room, highlighted by a lovely fireplace and french doors that lead to a private and charming backyard.

In 2014, Juicy J paid $1,250,000 for a three-bed, three-bath penthouse in Beverly Hills with 1,786 square feet of space. The home had previously sold in 2006 for $1,450,000 and was listed for sale in mid-2013 for $1,399,000 and then offered for $1.3 million in early 2014 just before the sale. Juicy J sold the penthouse home on Oakhurst Drive for $1.3 million in October 2017.

Before juicing up the music charts as a solo artist, Juicy J was a founding member of the successful Memphis-based Three7 6 Mafia hip-hop group. Juicy J had been residing just outside of Memphis for several years in this 5,000 square-foot home on four acres which he sold in early 2012 for $580,000 according to property records.
