In 2001 former 'N Sync member Joey Fatone settled into a two-story home in Orlando, Florida on Lake Butler. Set on roughly four acres Joey Fatone paid $2,650,000 for the home and over the years made several improvements to the property including the addition of a theme park-style swimming pool and a large detached parking garage for his collection of custom cars, which includes one the actual KITT cars used on the television series Knight Rider. The Brooklyn-born Fatone had the home on the market in the summer of 2010 for $5,900,000 and eventually sold the it in July of 2011 to Three-W Canada International Corp. for $3.3 million.
