Grammy Award-winning Musician Erik Schrody a.k.a. Everlast can enjoy views of the Santa Ana Mountains after purchasing a secluded home just south of Corona, California in The Retreat community. The versatile entertainer who can sing, rap, play the guitar, and write hit songs, paid $910,000 for the five-bed, five-bathroom, 5,307 square-foot home that includes four indoor fireplaces, an outdoor entertainment area with two televisions, BBQ, fireplace and a covered patio.

The former model home was built in 2005. The sellers are a Mr. Edward Fox and Mrs. Brenda Fox.
Everlast has scored hit songs with "Jump Around" (1992), "What's It's Like" (1998), and has won a Grammy Award for the song "Put Your Lights On" (2000) that he both wrote and performed with Santana. With "Put Your Lights On" Everlast and Santana won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal, at the 2000 Grammy Awards.
Everlast converted to Islam in 1996 and in 2009 he married model and Penthouse Pet April 2005 Cassia Riley.
