New information suggests that DJ Khaled has purchased a luxury condo at the Acqualina Resort & Spa in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The corner unit had been listed at $1,799,000 and has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, 2,736 square feet plus spectacular ocean and city views.
New information indicates DJ Khaled has purchased this high-rise dream home in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
Built in 2006 and just a short drive up Collins Avenue from Miami Beach, Acqualina Resort & Spa offers 97 luxury rooms and 188 residences on 4.5 beachfront acres.
DJ Khaled is also selling his long-time Pembroke Pines, Florida home. Once featured on MTV Cribs, DJ Khaled purchased his Pembroke Pines home at 745 Southwest 189 Terrace in early 2003 for $380,600. Khaled is now hoping to get $696,000 for the 3,908 square foot home which has four bedrooms and a swimming pool with a waterfall. DJ Khaled has released several albums since 2006 and was named president of the Def Jam South record label in February 2009. DJ Khaled is also a radio personality on the South Florida radio station 99 Jamz.
