New information indicates DJ Khaled has purchased this high-rise dream home in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

Built in 2006 and just a short drive up Collins Avenue from Miami Beach, Acqualina Resort & Spa offers 97 luxury rooms and 188 residences on 4.5 beachfront acres.

DJ Khaled is also selling his long-time Pembroke Pines, Florida home. Once featured on MTV Cribs, DJ Khaled purchased his Pembroke Pines home at 745 Southwest 189 Terrace in early 2003 for $380,600. Khaled is now hoping to get $696,000 for the 3,908 square foot home which has four bedrooms and a swimming pool with a waterfall.
