Rapper/singer Bobby Ray Simmons, Jr., more widely known by his performing name B.o.B, was raised in Decatur, Georgia which is part of the Atlanta metropolitan area. In October 2010, the 'Airplanes' hit maker purchased his first home. B.o.B paid $580,000 for a 6,300 square foot home in Stone Mountain, Georgia which has four bedrooms, four full baths and one half, and offers a two-story foyer, fireplace in the master bedroom, bar, game room, pool room, movie theater, crown molding plus tray & coffered ceilings.

The home was built in 2004 and is set on just over an acre. Stone Mountain is a city in DeKalb County, Georgia, located just outside of Atlanta to the east. The city is named after the famous landmark, Stone Mountain, which is a large dome-shaped monadnock made of quartz monzonite.
