As of 2014, this is the former home of nine-time Grammy Award winner John Legend. Legend sold the home at 3023 Longdale Lane in December 2014 for $2 million. Much more recently the home sold again. On March 29, 2019 the home sold for $2,441,250. John Legend now resides in Beverly Hills.

Nine-time Grammy Award winner John Legend started off 2007 filming a music video in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for his song "P.D.A. (We Just Don't Care)", and ended 2007 buying a house in Hollywood, California. Legend paid $1,512,500 for a three-bedroom, three-bath, Mid-Century style home loaded with amenities that include vaulted beamed ceilings, outdoor dining, meditation areas, canyon views, Japanese soaking tub, koi pond & waterfall.
