Actress Jennifer Lawrence made it to the top in the industry when she was barely old enough to legally consume alcohol. Among many other prestigious awards, Lawrence won an Academy Award for Best Actress at only 22 years of age for her role as widowed Tiffany Maxwell in the 2012 romantic comedy-drama Silver Linings Playbook. This achievement made her the second-youngest Best Actress Oscar winner, after Marlee Matlin. But despite having access to all of the glitz, glamour, and perks available to Hollywood A-listers, she still feels most comfortable in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky; often returning to spend time with friends and family.

When Jennifer Lawrence was fourteen and had decided she wanted to make a serious attempt at a career in showbiz, she was living in this East Louisville home that her parents had purchased in 2003.

There's also another picturesque home Jennifer lived as a child but much earlier, in fact it happens to be where she arrived after leaving the hospital as a brand new bouncing baby girl. This home is located only two miles from the other home.

Jennifer's parents are Gary and Karen and she has two older brothers, Ben and Blaine. She will be 29 years of age on August 15, 2019 (Thursday).
