This could be the healthiest oatmeal you have ever had. Caitlin Shoemaker recently shared her daily meal activity and for breakfast she made oatmeal using a recipe that goes far beyond the mundane and simplistic oatmeal recipes most are familiar with. In step with the arrival of Fall, this oatmeal recipe is accented with a pumpkin theme. You will need: pumpkin butter, pumpkin pie seasoning, pumpkin seeds, rolled oats, water, plant-based milk, almond milk, unsweetened coconut yogurt, pinch of salt, flaxseed, pomegranate seeds, and last but not least a sprinkle of hemp parts.
