Atlanta Falcons defensive end Derrick Shelby began his NFL career in 2012 with the Miami Dolphins where he quickly got to work taking down opposing players. In March 2016 the Houston Texas-native signed a lucrative four-year, $21 million contract with the Atlanta Falcons. Following the 2018 season he became a free agent.
