Will Conor McGregor's Sports and Entertainment company create big things outside of the cage?

As the world waits to see how Conor McGregor's standoff with the UFC plays out after sidestepping the UFC 200 press conference which got him pulled from the fight card, it seems McGregor's future intentions in the grand scheme of things are more clear. The UFC Featherweight Champion's heart will always be in Dublin, Ireland but Las Vegas might be emerging as a focal point for McGregor's own sports and entetainment endeavor. In July 2015 McGregor founded McGregor Sports and Entertainment, headquartered in Las Vegas, which could host a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors, similarly to Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s Las Vegas-based Mayweather Entertainment.

What becomes of the current rift with the UFC brass is unknown but what is certain is that Conor McGregor has been planning and preparing for matters both inside and outside of the cage. And of course those plans outside of the cage would have to include warming up the engines on his fleet of luxury cars at his southern California retreat.
