This is the home of NBA All-Star Kyle Lowry in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The Philadelphia-born point guard for the Miami Heat paid $2,650,000 for an English manor home with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a six-car car garage on just under 4.5 acres. Built in 2006, the sprawling 9,298-square-foot mansion's interior offers a dramatic staircase, cathedral ceilings, master suite with a balcony, wine cellar, media room, game room, and gym. The exterior of Lowry's mansion boasts a large swimming pool, tennis court, an expansive courtyard, lush gardens, and an outdoor kitchen.

The home went on the market in July 2011 with an original asking price of $6.5 million. Over the next three years the home had undergone several price reductions with the most recent being in March 2015 at $2,750,000 where it remained until the sale. Lowry's multi-million dollar home purchase not only highlights the NBA veteran's purchase power but also his desire to settle down in the same area where he was born and raised.

Lowry wed Ayahna Cornish in 2015 and they have two sons Karter and Kameron.

Kyle Lowry played a crucial role in the Toronto Raptors’ 2019 NBA championship. He averaged 17.5 points, 7.1 assists, and 4.9 rebounds during the playoffs. Lowry came through in the Eastern Conference Finals against the Milwaukee Bucks, averaging 19.2 points and 8.0 assists per game. In Game 6 of the NBA Finals, he scored 26 points and had 10 assists, helping the Raptors win their first championship.
