In early August 2009, NFL defensive end Robert Ayers signed a five-year contract with the Denver Broncos, of which was $9.7 million was guaranteed. Just a days after signing, the rookie Bronco paid $637,000 for a four-bed, three-bath home in Lone Tree, Coloarado. Built in 2004 and located in the Pine Bluffs subdivision, the 6,969 square foot home also offers views of the mountains and the Denver skyline.

The Broncos drafted Robert Ayers out of the University of Tennessee in the 1st round (18th overall) of the 2009 NFL Draft.
