Former UFC light-heavyweight champion Rashad Evans delivered a knockout in the real estate market in late 2011 when he purchased this 3,469 square-foot house in the Crystal Pointe community of Boca Raton, FL for $625,000. Built in 1997, the home has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half, spa tub in the master bathroom, and a swimming pool with spa.

In Crystal Pointe the UFC star has access to six tennis courts, basketball court, heated pool, and a fitness center.
Rashad Evans was born in Niagara Falls, New York and had been residing in the Chicago area until the Boca Raton house purchase.
