Built in 2006 on just under two acres, the Mediterranean style home has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, outdoor kitchen, swimming pool & spa, tennis court, and a two-hole putting green. The home has 6,889 square feet with the guest house adding an additional 600 square feet. Prior to the purchase a front yard driveway was removed to make way for a scenic courtyard complete with a fountain. Randy Wolf still owns a home in the Hollywood Hills which he purchased from Saul "Slash" Hudson in December 2007, as first reported by Big Time Listings. Compared to his Hollywood Hills home, Randy got quite a bit more bang for his buck in Paradise Valley. The $5,725,000 Hollywood Hills home has less land, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 5,539 square feet.
