In May 2010 talk show hostess Nancy Grace parted with $1,350,000 for a five-bed, four-bath, 3,869 square-foot brick home set on 1.67 acres in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta. A lot has changed since 2010. Not long after purchasing the home, the Queen of the True Crime talk show genre had it torn down and replaced it with a magnificent 6,000+ sqft. home beaming with Southern elegance.

Nancy Grace's house in Atlanta, Georgia was torn down and rebuilt.

Nancy Grace has a long history in the Atlanta area. Admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 1984, she spent several years as a prosecutor in the Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney's office.

Nancy Grace planted her feet firmly in the NYC real estate market in 2002 with the purchase of a 1,230 square-foot condo on East 54th street. Since then Nancy Grace has added two adjoining condos: a 622 square-foot unit in 2004 and an 842 square-foot unit in June 2007 which she purchased about three months before announcing she was pregnant with twins. Nancy Grace is married to investment banker David Linch.
