Minnesota Wild center Mikko Koivu scored a real estate hat-trick in 2011 when he purchased this home in Edina, Minnesota: newly constructed, great location, and enough living space to hold an arena of hockey fans. Built in 2010 and located on the bend of the Minnehaha Creek, the Finnish hockey star's home has 5,035 square feet, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, Old World pub, wine cellar, and an exercise room.

The home went on the market in November 2010 for $1,850,000, Mikko Koivu paid the full asking price four months later.
