Gold medalist swimmer and Tucson, Arizona resident Matt Grevers has owned this home since February 2012. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home was built in 1997, has 2,629 square feet and includes a koi pond, courtyard with rock Waterfall & raised planters.

Matt Grevers won two golcd medals and one silver medal at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing for the 4x100-meter freestyle relay and 4x100-meter medley relay. In 2009 Matt Grevers won two gold medals at the 2009 World Aquatics Championships in Rome. Matt Grevers qualified for the 2012 Olympic team with a first place finish in the 100-meter backstroke and third in the 100-meter freestyle.
