In October 2010, pop music starlet Kesha cashed in on her well-deserved chart success with the purchase of this Nashville home for $1.4 million. Built in 2003, the Tik Tok singer's Music City retreat has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, with a very roomy 4,961 square feet of living space.

The home also has a swimming pool, Koi pond, wrap around decks, and a two-car garage.
