John Travolta's home Ocala, Florida pictures, facts

Just north of Ocala, Florida in the town of Anthony lies the community of Jumbolair. Unlike your typical luxury community, Jumbolair is a fly-in community where residents can actually taxi down a 1.4 mile runway and take to the air mere moments after leaving the house. Jumbolair has proven to be an attractive destination for those who not only view flying as a part-time hobby but also by those who are virtually defined by it.

Since October of 2003, this amazing pilot-friendly community has been the home of John Travolta.

Travolta's TV and film accomplishments are well documented, however, somewhat less documented is that Travolta retains a commercial pilots license and has a passion for taking to the skies by way of one of his private jets.

I'm an expert at collecting fun, rare facts about celebrities. When I'm not blogging about celebrities, I do a lot of adventuring on forest trails where I photograph Florida wildlife like this big alligator in a lake (2022), and a gopher tortoise (2021) below.
