Located in Palmetto, GA on 22 acres, the home has a swimming pool, oven on the patio, and a fountain in the foyer. 2 Chainz is from College Park, GA and was co-founder along with Dolla Boy, of the Hip Hop duo Playaz Circle.

In 2011, 2 Chainz debuted as a solo artist when he dropped his mixtape titled T.R.U. REALigion. In 2012 he followed up this with his album Based on a T.R.U. Story. The album is now certified platinum and was nominated for a Grammy Award. His next albums were B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time (2013), ColleGrove (2016), and Pretty Girls Like Trap Music (2017) which was also certified platinum.
