The Professional Bridesmaid Plot

Maggie Bailey (Hunter King) is a professional bridesmaid who has honed her skills over time to help brides-to-be with various aspects of their wedding planning. Beyond the practical tasks like arranging flowers and coordinating with vendors, Maggie has a talent for managing the emotional and social dynamics that come with such a significant event. Maggie's latest client is Alexis Shepard (Francesca Bianchi), who happens to be the daughter of the Mayor of Columbus, a city where the mayor is up for re-election. Maggie must keep her true identity a secret from the wedding party and from the handsome reporter named Henry (Chandler Massey) covering the event.

Hunter King is best known for her character Summer Newman on The Young and the Restless. She joined the cast of the long-running soap opera in 2012. Also as Clementine Hughes on Life in Pieces (2015 - 2019): Hunter King also starred in the CBS sitcom Life in Pieces from 2015 to 2019. She played the role of Clementine Hughes, the girlfriend and later wife of Tyler Hughes. Hunter King has made appearances in several other television shows and movies, including A Girl Like Her (2015), Hollywood Heights (2012), and ER (2008). Hunter King has received several award nominations for her work, including seven Daytime Emmy Award nominations for her role as Summer Newman. She won the award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series in 2014 and 2015. She has also been nominated for a Young Artist Award and a Critics' Choice Television Award.

Chandler Massey is best known for his character Will Horton, the son of Sami Brady and Lucas Horton, on Days of Our Lives. He won three Daytime Emmy Awards for his portrayal of the character.

Francesca Bianchi has starred in the History Channel historical drama series Project Blue Book as Gina; the ABC family drama television series A Million Little Things as Heather; and the Netflix horror drama series The Order as Essie.
