Here I've assembled an in-depth look at the food plan that the New York City resident and creator of the Living Alone Diaries channel has shared with her audience.

On this day of eating posted on Thursday, May 19, 2022, warm comfort food was on the agenda for Michelle Choi and she gets things off to a great start with Korean rice cake soup.
Rice Burger Ingredients

After breakfast, Michelle worked out at the gym with kettle bell swings, dumbbell flies, squats, and overhead dumbbell presses.
Snacks and Brunch
Michelle enjoyed some snacks consisting of chocolates, ramen noodles, and cookie-flavored almonds.

Michelle's brunch on this day was a fuity-green smoothie concoction that included bananas, one scoop of California Gold Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Isolate, Califia Farms oatmilk, and vitamin B12 gummies. After a quick search for the protein powder used here I learned that it delivers 27 grams of protein per scoop.

Lunch
For lunch was Gimbap, also known as Kimbap or seaweed rice rolls. Michelle decided to eat lunch outside in the nice NYC weather with a bottle of Korean barley tea.

Following lunch was a simple cup of tea in the afternoon. A couple hours later she had to catch a flight to Chicago for the weekend. Arriving in her Windy City hotel room after dark, Michelle Choi promptly plops onto the bed which brings this day of vlogging to a comfy close.

Lunch
Next Michelle Choi prepared the Chinese dish mapadubu also known as mapo tofu. The words mapo tofu actually translates to 'an old woman whose face is pockmarked', probably because of the dish's rough and bumpy appearance. She also had white rice and a little kimchi on the side.
