The turkey bacon used for this sandwich is Trader Joe's Peppered Uncured Turkey Bacon. A serving size is one slice and that provides 1 gram of carbs, 5 grams of protein and 40 calories.
The brand of mayo with avocado oil used is made by Primal Kitchen and a 1 tablespoon serving size of this has 12 grams of fat; with most of that fat coming n the form of healthy monosatuarated fat and polyunsaturated fat.
The banana peppers used here are Market Pantry's sliced mild banana pepper rings.
