Notes: The Holiday Vegetarian Feast Emma's prepared has changed slightly. Made by Tofurky company, the meal has been renamed the Holiday Plant-Based Feast and in 2018 vegan cheesecake replaced the brownies seen here.

Healthy Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich





Ingredients
- Sprouted Wheat Flax Seed Bread made by Alvarado Street Bakery
- Santa Cruz Organic Peanut Butter
- Trader Joe's Organic Super Fruit Spread
Notes: The toaster oven Emma used for her peanut butter and jelly sandwich is made by Hamilton Beach.

Healthy Gluten Free Vegan Cookies

Ingredients
- Spice Islands pure 100% vanilla extract
- Bob's Red Mill Super-Fine Almond Flour
- Wholesome Organic Coconut Palm Sugar
- Classic Coconut Milk Lait De Coco
- Palm Shortening
- Vegan Solid Dark Chocolate
Notes: No hand mixer, no problem. Emma was able to combine all of these ingredients in a bowl using just a whisk.

Emma's Special Home-brew Coffee

Ingredients
- Counter Culture Coffee's Big Trouble Coffee Beans
- New Barn Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
- Nutpods Nondairy Creamer Original Unsweetened
Notes: The appliances Emma uses for this special home-brew coffee are an electric coffee bean grinder, French press coffee brewer, and electric water kettle to boil the water.

Homemade Vegan Pizza

Ingredients
- Daiya Dairy Free Cutting Board Mozzarella Style Vegan Cheese Shreds
- Cappello's Naked Pizza Crust
- Rao's Homemade Sauce

Peanut Butter Cups
Reese's might have some competition. Emma Chamberlain made these simple peanut butter cups back in July of 2017 with just two ingredients: 85% solid dark chocolate, and Santa Cruz creamy light roasted peanut butter.
