Larissa de Macedo Machado, much better known as Anitta, is a Brazilian pop singing star. Anitta is not just a singer, but also a songwriter, dancer, actress, and sometimes even a TV host.

Anitta’s journey to fame kicked off with her debut single, “Meiga e Abusada” in 2012. This caught the attention of Warner Music Brazil, and she signed a recording contract with them in January 2013. Fast forward to July 2013, she released her self-titled debut album which turned out four hit singles and went platinum.

Anitta’s talent has not gone unnoticed. She's won four Latin American Music Awards and has been nominated for the Latin Grammy Awards eight times.
