Kelly Rowland is parting ways with her Miami Beach condo after almost three years. The sexy soul-pop singer and former member of the girl group Destinys Child bought the 6th floor condo in October of 2005 for $1,890,000, and is now hoping to fetch $2,100,000 for the unit.

Located at The Residences at the Bath Club, unit 604 offers three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half, marble floors, exercise room, and an ocean view. Construction at The Residences at the Bath Club was completed in 2005. Amenities include a cabana, heated pool, and a sauna.

Kelly Rowland released her second album Ms. Kelly in June of 2007, and started recording her third album in early April of 2008.
