In September 2008, Sara Shepard sold her home in Tucson, Arizona that she had owned for a short time and soon after purchased a new home in her hometown of Downingtownm, PA. The young-adult fiction writer paid $375,000 for the 2,798 square-foot, two-story home with four bedrooms, two full bedrooms and a half, two-story foyer, two story great room with a gas fireplace and palladium windows, and a deck with a wooded view.
