Retired NFL cornerback Cortland Finnegan was drafted as the 163rd pick overall by the Tennessee Titans in the 2006 NFL Draft out of Samford University. Finnegan's efforts with the Titans were soon rewarded when he was selected to play in the 2008 Pro Bowl game. In September 2008, Cortland Finnegan settled down in the Annandale community of Brentwood, Tennessee. Finnegan paid $1,500,000 for a two-story home which includes five bedrooms, four full baths and a half bath, three-car garage, and an outdoor fireplace.
The home was built in 2007 and has 6,693 square feet. The Annandale community is located 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. Home prices in Annandale range from around $850,000 to over $3 million.
