Trina sells Pembroke Pines, Florida home - bank dismisses foreclosure

Pembroke Pines, Florida -- has learned that rap star Trina, whose full name is Katrina Taylor, has recently sold her Pembroke Pines, Florida home just before court action was to be taken for delinquent mortgage payments.

Trina's home has reportedly sold for $330,000, and according to documents filed with the 17th Judicial Circuit for Broward County, mortgage lender JP Morgan Chase Bank has now dismissed their intent to foreclose. The foreclosure dismissal was filed once the bank received a lump sum from Trina for all monies owed, after the sale of the home was completed.

JP Morgan Chase Bank originally filed the foreclosure notice in late September of 2004.

The release of Trina's third album, Glamorest Life, has been delayed by her record company, Atlantic. Glamorest Life would follow the rapper's highly successful album, Diamond Princess, which was released in August of 2002.
