The Witcher: Blood Origin
The Witcher: Blood Origin is a prequel to the series The Witcher, released by Netflix in 2020. The Blood Origin series is set 1,200 years before the world of The Witcher. Seven outcasts in the elven world come together in a blood quest against an unstoppable force.
Netflix adapted The Witcher from a series of novels and short stories written by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski.
Created by Declan de Barra and Lauren Schmidt Hissrich. The production companies for the series are Hivemind and Platige Image.
