Summary

In a story inspired by true events, Julia, who is pregnant and recently single, finds herself in a dire situation when she loses her job. Just when things seem bleak, she befriends a woman named Alana, who presents an unusual opportunity. Alana claims to know individuals willing to pay a substantial amount for positive pregnancy tests. Although skeptical at first, Julia is persuaded by the desperate circumstances and Alana's assurances that it's a harmless endeavor. Reluctantly, Julia decides to participate in the scheme. However, as events unfold, she realizes that Alana's plan is not as innocent as she initially believed.
