Luther: The Fallen Sun Plot

Luther: The Fallen Sun is a continuation of a TV series that has been reimagined for film. In this film, a serial killer is on the loose in London, causing terror and mayhem. Meanwhile, John Luther, a brilliant but disgraced detective, is in prison, haunted by his failure to capture the killer who is now taunting him.

Despite being behind bars, Luther decides to break out of prison to finish the job of catching the killer by any means necessary. The film features a cast of top actors, including Idris Elba as John Luther, Cynthia Erivo, Andy Serkis, and Dermot Crowley, who returns to reprise his role as Martin Schenk.
