After Madeline fails college and loses her job, she seeks help from her Aunt Grace, the owner of a secluded ranch house with an attractive neighbor named Paul. The beautiful scenery is soon revealed as too good to be true when a series of strange and terrifying events begin to occur. In desperation, Madeline launches an investigation in an attempt to protect her Aunt, not knowing that her own life is in jeopardy.
