Bandit Overview & Cast

Based on a true story, Gilbert Galvan Jr is a charming criminal who escapes from prison and takes on a new identity. He falls in love with Andrea (Elisha Cuthbert), a social worker but Gilbert can’t provide for her so he starts robbing banks and learns that he's extremely good at it. Now addicted to the thrill and the money, Gilbert turns to Tommy Kay, a loan shark and gangster (Mel Gibson) for loftier opportunities.
