Miesha Tate's career in Mixed Martial Arts had spanned ten grueling years before finally winning the sports most sought-after title. Known affectionately as "Cupcake" Tate defeated former professional boxing champ Holly Holm at UFC 196 on March 5, 2016 to win the UFC women's bantamweight championship. Always a top contender, Tate's storied time in the Octagon had allowed her to accumulate enough money to recently pay cash for a home. Property records show that the wrestling and jiu-jitsu specialist purchased a cupcake of a home in Las Vegas, Nevada for $179,984.
