YouTube weight loss gurus Myka Stauffer, Lucy Davis, and Daniela Diaries share weight loss meal ideas and advice for mid-October 2019. I provide an overview of these meals they have shared in order to help you quickly find an idea that's best for you

We start with Myka Stauffer from Ohio who has been posting to YouTube since 2014 where her videos have been viewed over 62 million times.

For breakfast she had avacado toast made with gluten-free bread, guacamole, and seasoned with Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning blend. Accompanying this was a whole mango, and green tea.

For lunch she made sauteed vegetables with avocado oil, hummus, gluten-free crackers with a huge glass of ice water.

For her dinner she used cauliflower rice, cauliflower Gnocchi from Trader Joe's, and Argentina shrimp with a little bit of seasoning. For a dessert was Angie's Boomchickapop sea salt popcorn and a cookie.


Next up is Lucy Davis from the UK who has been uploading fitness and weight loss videos on YouTube since 2016 that have received over 6 million video views. Not only did she prepare weight loss meals in this video but she also trained hard at the gym.

For breakfast she made two seperate meals. The first consisted of a bowl of sliced banana, blueberries, fat free yogurt, topped with with zero calorie syrup. A bit later, she madw her second breakfast which consisted of egg whites, onion, cherry tomatoes, and raw spinach.

Lunch was chicken breast, light mayo, sweet crisp salad, and boiled baby potato.

Dinner was somewhat similar with a meal of mushroom stir fry, chicken breast, light mayo, and broccoli.


Now we have Daniela Diaries offering her keto weight loss meal ideas. Daniela Diaries, a wife and mom of three girls from Chicago, has been posting weight loss, cleaning, DIY and beauty videos on YouTube since 2013. Her videos have been viewed over 2 million times.

For breakfast she used 310 Shake powder to make a protein shake. This is a meal replacement shake that comes in various flavors.

For lunch was a salad of Romaine lettuce, rotisserie chicken with ranch dressing and buffalo sauce.

Finally dinner was eight seasoned chicken thighs and spaghetti squash. Seasoning for the chicken included oregano, parsley, garlic, sea salt, black pepper and Irish butter. Sauce for the spaghetti squash was made with cream cheese, butter, and two cups of half-and-half.

Very Important COVID-19 Health Information

Did you know that studies are now revealing a connection between the coronavirus (COVID-19) severity with lack of vitmain D? In countries with high COVID-19 death rates such as Italy, Spain, and the UK, patients were found to have lower levels of vitmain D in their system than countries with lower death rates. Although researchers of course cannot yet claim proof that vitmain D is effective against COVID-19, they have used these encouraging words: "there is strong circumstantial evidence of associations between vitamin D and the severity of COVID-19".

The way I feel about this is that because it is already an established fact that vitmain D helps strengthen the immune system, it stands to reason that it would be effective against a virus that exploits weakened immune systems, such as COVID-19.
