We start with Liza Adele who is now losing weight after giving birth. Liza Adele's YouTube channel focuses on fitness, beauty, food, lifestyle, motherhood, and fashion. She has over 112,000 subscribers and her videos have been viewed over 16 million times.
BreakfastFor breakfast Liza Adele had a cup of coffee flavored with a spiced pecan pumpkin product and a pumpkin spice coffee creamer. Then she made an egg muffin. For this egg muffin she used Dave's Killer Classic Organic English Muffins, first covered with The Laughing Cow spicy pepperjack cheese. She used 1 egg blended with All White's liquid egg whites, and black pepper. After the egg liquid was done cooking and placed on the muffins, she sprinkled Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning on top.
LunchFor lunch she made a protein shake. Ingredients used were 1st Phorm Level-1 Ice Cream Sandwich protein powder made with Planet Oat oat milk, a banana, and Light & Fit Banana Cream Greek yogurt.
DinnerFor her dinner she had a chicken bowl from Chipotle that consisted of chicken, brown rice, corn salsa, sour cream, guacamole and lettuce. Liza did say she still eats pizza but less per meal.
Note: Before dinner she made a powdered health drink that contained lots of vegetables, probiotics, digestive enzymes, etc.
Next up is YouTube fashion and DIY star Molly Bailey who joined YouTube in 2013. She currently has 311,000 subscribers and her videos have been viewed over 17 million times.
BreakfastFor her weight loss-themed breakfast she made oatmeal with Woodstock organic instant oatmeal, blueberries, Chobani Greek yogurt, Almond Breeze almond milk, Wegman's sliced almonds, Bare Baked Crunchy coconut chips and Nature's Promise chia seeds.
LunchLunch was tuna buffalo sandwich made with Bumble Bee albacore in water, and Thomas' Plain Bagel Thins. Additional ingredients were Hellman's mayonnaise, McCormick crushed red pepper, pink Himalayan sea salt, and Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce, romaine lettuce and tomato. Molly acknowledges that using buffalo sauce with tuna seems weird but assures viewers that it works.
DinnerMolly's idea of a dinner to help lose weight was a quinoa meal with zucchini, green pepper, sweet potato, banana pepper rings, garbanzo beans/chickpeas, corn, topped off with sriracha hot sauce.
Nineteen-year-old Los Angeles-based model Tatiana Ringsby has shared a day of healthy eating with her 360,000 YouTube subscribers.
BreakfastTatiana started her day off with oatmilk iced coffee, with Oatly being the brand of oatmilk used.
For her official breakfast, she made a bagel with Dave's Killer Bread Cinnamon Raisin Remix, Miyoko's vegan butter, and Stonewall kitchen maple pumpkin butter.
LunchAfter a workout it was onto lunch at Kreation Organic where she started with a green juice called the Healer, then she had green salad with chicken kabob.
DinnerFor the final meal of the day, the lean & healthy fitness celeb prepared very spicy salmon with corn on the cob, mushroom risotto, and asparagus. The salmon was spiced up with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
For dessert it was Tatiana's favorite: pumpkin pie.
