For some fitness inspiration, this is a recent picture of Tim Tebow working out that was posted to his instagram account. Next, check out the push-up competition for more fitness inspiration.

Tim Tebow became a celebrity in 2007 when he won the Heisman Trophy as the quarterback for the Florida Gators. He later became the quarterback for the Denver Broncos and New York Jets of the NFL. Although Tebow has been officially retired from the NFL for a number of years, he recently posted a video to Instagram that proves he's still taking fitness very seriously. During a push-up competition with a fit prison inmate, the two are very evenly matched as they go rep-for-rep for quite some time. You can watch the video here:

When the competition was in the books, Tebow humbly acknowledges that he was out-repped, shouting "I got smoked!"

The following videos are now a few years old but they reveal Tim Tebow's work ethic and the level of dedication he put forth to improve his play.

Tim Tebow was born on Friday August 14, 1987 in Makati, Philippines but grew up in the Jacksonville, Florida area. He is the son of Pamela and Robert Tebow II. He and his four siblings were all home schooled. He's engaged to Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, former Miss Universe from South Africa.
