Let's take a very close look at Stephanie Buttermore's meal plan and ingredients in 2022. The very popular lifestyle, fashion and fitness vlogger and PhD has earned over 1.23 million subscribers to her YouTube channel and over 652,000 followers on Instagram. Here I've put together an in-depth breakdown of the one day of eating meal plan that she has recently shared with her social media audience.

Breakfast

After a quick makeup application it was time for breakfast.

Meal Overview

  • Collagen powder & greens powder in a glass of water
  • Oatmeal
  • Banana
  • Alani cinnamon plant protein powder
  • Cinnamon
  • Textured vegetable protein

The Alani cinnamon plant protein powder she used piqued my interest so I did some research and learned that it's protein powder made by Alani Nutrition, LLC and delivers 18 grams of protein per serving. Stephanie calls it the "chef's kiss" in oatmeal. She even added a little extra cinnamon to the bowl to increase the flavor and some textured vegetable protein for the crunchiness it provides.

After breakfast Stephanie hit the home gym for a full body workout.

Lunch

For lunch Stephanie Buttermore shared the ingredients for her healthy chicken and brussel sprouts meal. The brussel sprouts were roasted in the oven but she microwaved the rice to save time.

  • Tzatziki (salted yogurt and cucumber sauce)

Immediately following the healthy lunch was a healthy snack of bagels, one topped with avocado and Bella Sun Luci California julienne cut sun dried tomatoes, the other with Chavrie goat cheese and raspberries.

Dinner

For dinner it was a frozen crispy thin crust pizza called California Pizza Kitchen BBQ Recipe Chicken. Stephanie says this is the best frozen pizza at the grocery store. This pizza has grilled white meat chicken that is BBQ-seasoned, 100% real mozzarella cheese, 100% real hickory smoked gouda cheese, red onions, cilantro covered with tangy BBQ sauce. Another plus for healthy-minded people is that this pizza has zero artificial flavors and the crust is free of preservatives. I'm sold.

The very last food item to top off Stephanie's meal plan on this day was a frozen strawberry ice cream dessert called Strawberry Mochi Ice Cream. This unique dessert has a thick but soft layer of mochi dough wrapped around the ice cream. Although strawberry is her favorite flavor she really likes mango as well. After a little digging around for more information on this ice cream I learned from the company website that they are made with real fruit and one piece has only 100 calories. They are also gluten free, soy free, and no rBST (synthetic bovine growth hormone) is added.

In another recent post of 2022 this time on Instagram, Stephanie shared a quick look at a full day of her meal plans (post embedded below).

  • Breakfast: Avocado toast and scrambled eggs complete with mushrooms, onions and peppers. Snack: Watermelon slices.
  • Lunch: Two croissant sandwiches (one egg salad croissant sandwich, one chicken salad croissant sandwich), fruit on the side, blueberry scone and a mini doughnut. Snack: Alani Nu strawberry shortcake protein bar.
  • Dinner: Shrimp stir fry complete with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers over white rice. Snack: Cranberry pumpkin seed crackers with goat cheese.
