That advice comes from fitness celeb Merijn Schoeber who has a super quick pre-workout sandwich recipe that consists of 3 whole eggs (good source of protein and amino acids), spinach, and cherry tomatoes. Cherry Tomato
The cherry tomato is a good source of vitamin C and vitamin K, and they also contain smaller amounts of calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and zinc. The cherry tomato is a species of tomato, notably smaller and generally sweeter tasting than the ordinary tomato. They are typically sphere-shaped or slighty abolong-shaped.

Spinach
Spinach has a high amount of vitamin K, and is a good source of beta-carotene, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, thiamin, riboflavin, folate, niacin, zinc, calcium, iron, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, manganese and copper. Spinach is also a good source of fiber.
