Maddie Lymburner, the gorgeous Canada-born fitness celeb and world traveler, slowed down for a moment to prepare a healthy breakfast. For the first meal of the day, she added yogurt and blueberries to a bowl of evenly-sliced mango pieces, then topped it all off with hemp seeds.

Green/Unripe Mango
The mango is native to eastern India amd southeast Asia, primarily Burma. It since has spread to other parts of the world. They were introduced to Santa Barbara, California in the late nineteenth century. Consuming green/unripe mangoes can increase the secretion of bile acids and clear the intestines of bacterial infections. They contain high anmounts of vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, vitamin E and are also good source of B vitamins.
Strawberries
Strawberries have a high amount of vitamin C, a good amount of fiber, and a decent mount of manganese. Healthy Polyphenols are also found in strawberries. They also contain the following vitamins and minerals in smaller amounts: thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, choline, vitamin E vitamin K, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.
Blueberries
Blueberries have many similar amounts of vitamins and minerals as strawberries. Some studies suggest that blueberries may help lower blood pressure, and could be effective at helping fight breast cancer, mouth cancer, colon cancer, and prostate cancer.
Yogurt
Yogurt is a very good source of vitamin B12 and riboflavin, also the mineral phosphorus, and is a relatively good source of calcium. And can be considered a good source of protein with 9 grams per serving.qyh
Hempseed
Hempseed is very high in protein, and the essential amino acid amounts in hempseed's protein is similar to high protein foods such as milk, eggs, meat, and soy. Hempseed is hig in dietary fiber, B vitamins, and the minerals manganese, magnesium, zinc, and iron.
