Dutch swimsuit model Robin Holzken has shared a recipe for lentil salad that keeps her lean and healthy.
The extremely fit 5'10" beauty adds a special homemade sauce that she says is a key component for the salad.
For the salad you will need: half cup of lentils, whole tomato, half of an avocado, one egg.
For the sauce you will need: half of a shallot, two tablespoons of olive oil, one teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, mustard.

For her lunch beverage, you'll see that she mentions water and Kombucha. Most health-concious people know Kombucha is a fermented probiotic tea. The specific brand of Kombucha that Robin selected is made by Health-Aid.
