Both of these fitness and weight loss experts utilize weight resistance training to help achieve lean, curvy physiques. Meggan uses heavy barbell squats to develop lower body muscle and build strength. She also uses a heavy barbell to insanely target her glutes and abs with incredible results. Maryana Dvorska doesn't load the barbell up with as much weight for lower body exercises, but she doesn't need to. Her legs and glutes are already well-sculpted probably from good genetics, so there is no need to train beast mode on these muscle groups to fill them out.
