This is a quick and thorough "What I eat in a day" that Cassey shared on Sunday, May 29, 2022. She really covers all of the nutritional bases with these foods, as you will see.

Exactly what does Cassey Ho eat in a day specifically when she's getting ready for a photoshoot? Ice cold lemon water is the very first thing that starts the day, every day. Time for breakfast.

Breakfast

Overview

  • Egg white omelet
  • Vegetables
  • Salad
  • Butternut squash
  • Yellowbird Habanero Sauce

Item Spotlight: Yellowbird Habanero Sauce is produced by RealStuff, LLC doing business as Yellowbird Sauce, LLC based in Austin, Texas. The ingredients for this all organic sauce are carrots, onions, habanero peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, tangerine juice concentrate, sea salt, dates, raisins, and lime juice concentrate.

Lunch

Ater breakfast it was off to go grocery shopping at the chilly Costco food area where a bundled up Cassey and her husband Sam loaded the cart way up with lots and lots of healthy foods. The cart loading included squash, asparagus, lettuce, broccoli, strawberries, white nectarines, plums, blackberries, Spindrift SparkLing Water, organic riced cauliflower, healthy dessert in the form of pistachio gelato ice cream, chicken breast, and last but not least Roa's chicken parmesan.

The only lunch item Cassey indulged in was just one white nectarine which she shared with her euphoric poodle.

Dinner

As her food plan evolved for the day it was now time dinner and the Blogigates founder went with healthy Asian-inspired chicken stir fry.

  • Chicken breast
  • Zucchini
  • Onions
  • Sesame oil
  • Cauliflower rice
  • Edamame
  • Coconut Aminos seasoning sauce

Item Spotlight: Edamame are simply soybeans that are still in the pod, and have been consumed in China for centuries. Both China and Japan have a long history with Edamame, which tranlates to "stem beans" in Japanese and "fur peas" in Chinese. The pods can be boiled in water, steamed or microwaved and salted during boiling or after.

Item Spotlight: Coconut Aminos seasoning sauce used by Cassey Ho is produced by Trader Joe’s and is certified organic. The ingredients in this sauce are coconut sap, water, and sea salt. Coconut sap is pulled from the coconut tree by a method known as tapping, when the stem of the coconut tree is snipped off and bent into a container where the sap drains very slowly.

Dessert

A pretty cool dessert idea called sauteed apple pie followed the chicken stir fry. Cassey's dessert idea was to cut up some apples, fry the apple pieces in coconut oil, then top with a dash of cinnamon. Whith some walnuts added to the already delightful dessert, Cassey exclaimed "Oh my gosh this is so heavenly!"

Snacks

A couple hours after dessert Cassey was in healthy snack mode and went for some homemade guacamole and plantain chips. This was made with avocado and veggies like onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, and tabasco sauce.

Last but not least Cassey revealed another healthy snack which ended her day of eating: Peanut butter mug cake and a cup of green tea.
