Nikita Kucherov Purchases Tampa Home From Bucs Head Coach for $1,995,000

Tampa Bay Lightning Superstar Nikita Kucherov (Никита Игоревич Кучеров)has purchased a home in Tampa from Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Dirk Koetter for $1,995,000. Located in the city's Beach Park community, the 5,668 square-foot home has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half, pool, large covered patio and full outdoor kitchen, plus an owner's retreat with its own gas fireplace.

Built in 2014, coach Koetter sold the home to Kucherov for the same amount he paid for it in May 2015. The sale was completed on March 21, 2017 which was three days after Kucherov recorded his 100th career NHL goal.

In 2019 Kucherov played his best hockey yet, ending the regular season with a total 128 points, from 41 goals and 87 assists. For his outstanding play, Kucherov won the Art Ross Trophy, which is awarded to the points leader at the end of the regular season.

Nikita Kucherov (Никита Кучеров) was born in Maykop, Russia and started his NHL career with the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2013 and was named to the 2017 NHL All-Star game. His wife is Annastasiia.
