Despite his impressive all-around-play as a member of the 76ers, in December of 2006 Iverson made it clear that he wanted to be traded and was quickly picked up by the Denver Nuggets.

In late 2002, Iverson purchased a $5 million home in Villanova, Pennsylvania. This incredible home sits on over 3 acres of land and also includes a large swimming pool.

Villanova is located approximately 5 miles northwest of Philadelphia.
